Tools Pack – Psychonutrition, Part 1

Supporting a person does not stop at the end of the session, and the time spent in consultation is precious. This Tools Pack gathers the educational materials that I use myself during sessions, ready to be personalised to your practice and handed to the people you support, so they can keep working between your appointments.
