We only collect the data you provide to us voluntarily:
- Identity (first and last name) and contact details (email, phone, address) when creating an account, placing an order or submitting a contact request.
- Account data and progress within the trainings.
- Order and billing history.
Purposes
This data is used exclusively to manage your account, your access to the trainings, your orders and your requests. It is neither resold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Hosting and sub-processors
The platform is hosted by Vercel (application) and Supabase (database, European Union). The training videos are hosted on Vimeo with access restricted to our domain. Emails are routed via Infomaniak. Payments are processed by the secure provider MIPS.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to manage the relationship, then archived or deleted in accordance with legal obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and obtain portability of your data. To exercise these rights, write to assistant@lesformationspriveesduccm3p.com. EU residents may refer the matter to the supervisory authority of their country (for example the CNIL in France, https://www.cnil.fr).
